Spring Time

Sunday, April 13, 2014

SHIRT: American Apparel   JEANS: Old Navy   SHOES: Converse   BAG: Louis Vuitton (Big Sister's) NECKLACES: Forever 21   BLAZER: Nordstrom

Hey guys, sorry that it has been a long time since I last posted, I have been sick the past couple weeks and I just had Spring Break, so I went to visit my aunt in Salt Lake City. As we are getting ready for spring to come; I have come up with some outfits that are perfect for spring. They are bright and fun but still modest. For this outfit I chose a more comfy look; with the boyfriend jeans and gray tank it was a pretty laid back look. When I added the black blazer it gave the look a professional feel to it. Now I love my color and this time it brought together the whole look. By adding the stacked blue necklaces and the sea foam blue converse it made the look stand out for spring.
Happy Spring everyone!

Happy New Year!

BLAZER: Nordstrom BP   DRESS: Nordstrom BP   SHOES: Lower Eastside   BRACELETS: Claires

Happy New Year! The best way to dress up for new years eve is to wear something sparkly and fun. I wanted to keep this look pretty simple with just a little pop of sparkle. Paring a cute oxblood boyfriend blazer with a simple black dress with a little pizzazz gives a great sense of grownup feel. Having a stacked wrist it helps focus more on the look then the accessories. Some of my goals that I've made for myself are being accepted into a college that I want and have good grades. I also want to make a difference within my school. I hope that you had a great New Years, what are some your 2014 goals?

BLAZER: H&M   DRESS: Gap   NECKLACE: Forever 21   BOOTS: Steve Madden   BAG: Rebecca Minkoff

Making outfits look classy and fun at the same time can be a challenge. I chose this simple black dress from the Gap, which gives the outfit just the right amount of elegance and paired it with a great geometric patterned blazer from H&M to make the look stand a little more. I added the white tights to give the look a fresh pop, the wedge boots for a bit of a heel (my favorite), and simple gold jewelry to help keep it all classy. I hope everyone is enjoying December so far!

JEANS: Gap   BOOTS: Sam Edelman   SHIRT: Fuego   CARDIGAN: H&M   SCARF: Nordstrom

Hey guys as winter is fast approaching, I am still loving the fall colors. This outfit reminds me of fall a lot. With this look I had a simple jean and a nice airy blouse. If you pair it with a nice soft cardigan you can have a cute look. I added the scarf to not only give it color, but to make it a little bit more warm.

SHIRT: Forever 21   BLAZER:Nordstrom   JEANS: Gap    SHOES: Converse

We all need to have a fun side that brings back our inner kid once and awhile. Ever since I was a little girl I have loved Disney with a passion. Being a teen and having a little kid side can be difficult sometimes. When I chose this outfit it made me feel like I was still looking cute, but silly and outgoing. I did this by wearing a fun silly shirt paired with a nice jean and a simple blazer to complete the look.

The Uniform

COAT: Topshop   SHIRT: American Apparel   SCARF: Nordstrom BP   JEANS: Gap   BOOTS: Steve Madden   BAG: Longchanp

Sometimes living in cloudy, gloomy, Washington can cause one to revert back to the old faithful PNW uniform of boots, jeans and a tee shirt. (Sometimes you just can't help it!) For those days when you're not really feeling super chic but still want to add a little something my go-to is a scarf in an unexpected color or pattern. Because you wear scarves so close to your face, its an eye catching item that will make any blah outfit shine through the clouds! Thanks for reading and all the support!
